“During college my instructors repeatedly emphasized the need to find my artistic voice. For better or worse, I’ve found that my artistic voice is yelling.”
As an opinionated illustrator and carbohydrate addict,
Scott Schaaf is interested in all things human. He explores this fascination primarily in water color, creating pieces to celebrate, retaliate, and open conversation on events unfolding around him. Heavily influenced by expressionism and illustrative journalists,
Scott also applies his ideals into vector and motion graphic work.
